Complaint Review: First Capital Consumers Group

I was told that in 11-14 business days after reciept of 199.00 Payment I would recieve a credit card in the mail. They took the 199.00 out of my account on 6/17 and 16 business days later I recieved a package of junk in the mail and no card. only another form to send in saying in three weeks I'll get a stored value mastercard. I tried to call and call never to reach anyone, leaving messages never getting a response. Please help me we thought this would help pay my husbands medical bills because he has cancer, but now just getting the 199.00 back would really help Bobbie Rettew Bobbie Lancaster, Pennsylvania
