Recieved a call from this company around the 1st of July telling me that I had applied to a credit card on the internet, and that I qualified for a $2000.00 visa or Mastercard at 9.9% and no monthly fees.

All I had to do was agree to have my checking account debited for $199.00 and the card would arrive in 2-3 weeks.

Agreed to do this, recieved a call back from a man wanting my account #, told him money cound not be debited till the 12th of the month and he agreed. The money was debited from my account an the 16th, and as of today no card. Called the company numerous times, about the 3rd time the girl gave me a 800 number to call and I have posted it above you if you want to call them you can do it on THEIR nickel.

Anyhow, I was told first my card would show on Aug 2, nothing. Called back and the lady told me she didn't know why I was told the 2nd, that it should show by the 16Th of Aug, still nothing. Called yesterday and was told to "wait another couple weeks" and then call back. When I asked the name of the issuing card company so I could call them, she didn't know.

When asked what HER company name was she said "ah, um, Customer Service". Pretty classy, huh? So, like countless others, I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF!!

I am applying for a refund as instructed by the Ripoff Report. Thanks to the Ripoff Report for all their hard work obtaining refunds, and looking out for the consumer.

Finally recieved the "package" on Aug 22, its a pay as you go credit card and a coupon book and a bunch of offers. What a load of crap! I have contacted the local police dept and filed a report, though they are not very interested. Too bad all those that have been scammed don't get together and file a lawsuit against these people. I mean they have made alot of money scamming people, should be a pretty good payday for some lawyer. Their toll free # is 800-787-1583, at least call and leave them a nasty message. I did. Anyhow, I have filed with the Ripoff Report to get a refund, they have been very successful I think. What scares me most about these idiots is how many low income and elderly people are still going to get burned by this. Makes me sick. They need to be stopped, but how? Anybody?
