I am afraid I have been ripped off for $199.00. We are a one income family and can not afford this. We accepted the offer thinking we could use the card to pay bills we put off to get the card I was also told I could transfer my other credit card balance so I would not have high interest. This makes me very angry because I have a baby to take care off and I could do alot more with that $199.00. This company should be shut down. If this is not a fake someone from First Capital Consumer Group should call me right away!!! Angela Catoosa, Oklahoma

They almost got me but I went to the bank and stopped payment after they already took my money. Well today the bank go it back for me!! Thank God!!! We really needed it. Don't let them get away with it!! I also reported them to the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-438-4338 and the Fraud Sqaud of Ontario Provincial Police Department at 1-888-495-8501. I have found several phone numbers for this company but they didn't do me any good.

I am a bank auditor and I too was ripped off so don't feel stupid. First, you need to go to your bank and inform them that you did not authorize this transaction.

This is an electronic entry which is covered by Regulation E in Banking laws. You have 60 days from when you received the bank statement showing this transaction to dispute it.

Your bank will do an "investigation" but what they will really do is return the debit to first capital. First Capital will not dispute the debit because they are a scam!

Your bank must credit your account within 10 business days. Its the law! If you look in the account disclosure that you received when you opened your account, you will find this information under Error Resolution. The regulation covers any type of electronic entry or ATM withdrawal error or Visa/Mastercard transaction through a bank account. I hope this helps
