I fell into this scam myself, as well as many others i'm sure. I have just gotten off the phone with Mastercard themselves, after waiting 3 months for this credit card i was promised from First Capital Consumers, and they regretfully informed me that they have this Credit Card Company listed as a FRAUD! I was very upset, even though I knew in my heart that it was already, but this confirmed it!
I am so pissed off, and all of those people that work for that fake company, as well as the big a*s himself that started this whole scam, need to have something bad happen to them to teach them that NORMAL humans would not do that.
How do these people sleep at night, i mean come on! Everytime i called to ask where my card was, i got the run around on how it takes a couple of months and to be patient, but it was never the same thing told to me. I hope someone of LEGALITY reads this and the other man from Arizona that is in my shoes as well, and can help us to recover our money, and more importantly sue the hell out them! I would testify, as would the other man i'm sure, to put these people out of business for good, and more importantly give back what is ours to begin with.
I am going to take M. Steven Papi's advice and go to my local court system, and follow his instructions. Thanks you for that! The lady at Mastercard was very sweet and was very sorry to tell me the bad news, but at least it is closure for me that they are in fact a fraud, and I can move on to recovery of my money. Please don't fall into this scam, you will regret it like no other!

My wife and I are with you on this, we called the company not even 20 min. aftewr the order and told them to cancel the order because we found this site but what do you know they debited our account on 16-Apr-02. Luckily our bank is working with us and returning the money and back chargeing the company for the amount.
We also put a stop payment on any electronic transfers not pre-approved by us. Our bank is great but this should have never happened I have started calling the company I am looking to get the sales person that said to me and my wife in two seperate conversations that the order was cancelled and advise the sales rep that I am in the process to file charges of Theft by Deception, and also see if I can get Theft by failure to mnake required disposition to stick, against the rep personally and also against the company then I am going to contact my state Attorney General and file a complaint with him.... at this point the company would have probally wished they have never debited our account.....I plan on us becoming the biggest thorn in their side they will wish they have never called us.

I have read several peoples comments about this company. Well I to was ripped off by them and I am willing to do whatever it takes to get my money back or atleast put them out of business. I will be happy to start a nitionwide law suite against this company if anybody is with me. And if that does not work organize a caravan to ontario to personally knock down the doors of these sorry shameless people. In the time our country is going through how in the world do they sleep at night?? also I have a number that someone will answer at 1-416-4327, I call him everyday because I have free long distance. he knows I know he is a fraud and know he just laughs when I call and apologizes, but I still call him every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So who is with me ? Post your Rip-off Report so we can all ban together.
