Complaint Review: First Capital Consumers

after receiving the information packet from First Capital Consumers I have tried to contact them several times to no avail there were credit card offers pre-approval for a loan and other free stuff but can't get any response from them to activate any of these services that they offered. I was just going to bute the bullet and let it go but after talking to First Capital Financial, which was something totally different they sent me to you) I decided to try to get my money Back the 199.00, it didn't cause any NSF charges because I was prepared to pay it trying to get my credit established, I thank you for any help you can provide for me Michael Genoa, Illinois
