First Capital Consumers ripped me off of $200.00. They offered me a credit card for $2500. I specifally asked them if this was a secured credit card and they said no. They further explained that the interest would start at 9% and would go down to 4%.

I recieved a packet in the mail with a whole bunch of junk. but no credit card. I mailed in one of the papers re: the credit card and then I recieved letter from another Co. Empire Advantage. They were offering a pay as you go credit card, a secured credit card. On the bottom of the letter the following was written. " Note: Upon reviewing this letter, if you were expecting to receive a product different than described herein, then please contact. the Company that sold you the Program." Program with capital P.

Of course I tried to contact First Capital Consumers but, all I got was a recording to leave a message. Not only did I loose the $200.00 But I had to pay long distance charges as they did not provide a toll free telephone number.

When reading all these reports on First Capital Consumers I am afraid of looseing more than the initial $200.00. I did give them alot of personal info. including my SS#. I just hope they catch these theifs before they scam more inocent people.
