FIRST CAPITAL CONSUMERS ripoff consumer rip-off fraud TORONTO ONTARIO
I have poor credit. I had been hoping to get another chance at rebuilding my credit. I received a letter in the mail in the form of an application. The letter said that I was approved for a secured credit card with a credit line of up to $2,000.
They said all I needed was a startup fee of 199.00. They required my bank account information. I sent all the info they asked for.
They immediately debited my account for $199.00. I never received a credit card. I received a package that had a bunch of flyers in it and a letter talking about a stored value mastercard, not a secured credit card.
I really thought I had a credit card coming in the mail. I am a single parent and don't have $199.00 to just foget about. I have tried calling that customer service number and have not received a response yet.
