Complaint Review: first Capital consumers

As per my understanding, first captial will send me a master credit card with credit line $2,500 after i deposit $219.00 to thire account, however, I got the package and can't find any credit card, i

t only enclosed some of coups and master-card application from, so I try to call them, than I reach one time, her name is Lucy, and her said I can make full refund when I sent the package back!

enclose with my bank statement..then after that her hand-up on me then I try to reach her again, her never answer the call...

then I try to find this company at internet then I found this suit..

know I know I not the only one vitem..

how come no one to sue them???

I want my money back.....
