on february 8. 2002 i was charged $ 199.00 on my bank account my bank advised me to contact first capital consumersi did i was forced to talk into a message machine 1-800-787-1583 i was forced into calling every other day no results, my wife and i are physically disabled with multiple sclerosis and can't afford a scam help us please 310-534-2222 thank you ron harbor city, California
