First Capital Bank called me offering me a credit card with $2500 limit for a one time fee of $199. I agreed and gave them my information but still have not received the card. They not only debited my account the $199 on 6/26/02 but did it again on 7/8/02. This is company is a complete scam. Don't join the rest of us that got scammed. Jenny Glen Carbon, Illinois
