My first mistake was answering the phone when it rang at 9:20pm (I don't think solicitors are to call after 9pm)on July 16th. A representive from First Capital named Sean is the theif he stole my money. He promised me a MC with a credit limit of $2,000 and low interest rates, when I asked him how he can do this, he stated we are a financial consumer that helps people get their credit back on track and does not take advantage of them with high interest rates.

I ended up giving him my checking account information for a deduction of $199 and a promise that I would receive my Master Card in 10-15 days. It is now 8/6 and still no card. They must of been very busy, because his security manger (something like that) called me back to confirm my information at 10:38pm waking me out of a deep sleep.

I tried calling the (416)761-9083 customer service number provided the very next day, I called like 50 times and all I got was a answering machine that said all of their reps where busy and to leave a message or try back. I left message after message for a return call and telling them not to take the money from my account because I felt I was being scammed. I have continued to leave messages asking for a call back, I have a pin number they gave me, but without talking to anyone, it does me no good.

Well to make a rally long story short, I tried to put a stop payment on the monies and it came out anyways on 7/26/02. I still have no master card or a return call for that matter. This company is the definition of Scum and something needs to be done about these swindlers.
