You are correct it is them trying again to get your money and they will continue to try. Go back to your bank and close this account and open a new one. This will not stop! I know because I fell for this scam too. I even went to my bank to have them stop this company from debiting any further but this company finds ways to get your money by using other names.

Also send the packet you receive back to the supposed corporate office because they will want it back. If you can get through to Capital first and speak to a customer service rep., ask to cancel and get a "ref #" because you will need this number written on the top right corner of the paper you should write to them asking them to close this credit card account. They will inform you that corporate will contact you within 7-14 days...this is not true. They are holding you off because they are buying time. If you exceed anywhere from 30-60 days depending on your banks rules then they can keep you money.

Try and get your bank to cooperate with you and ask to sign a "dispute form." Also be aware that you might receive some mail from a Mega saver and an autoclub membership, they too are connected to Capital First. They will want to debit your account another $99 and 54.90. Try and call them to cancel but don't trust this, again get a "ref #" I have been all through this and you should really close and open a new bank account. Good luck!
