First Capital Telephone ripoff,took my money, can't get ahold of anyone, then keep extending time before I will have the cards SCAM SCAM SCAM Toronto Ontario
A couple of weeks ago I received the call from these guys...I went ahead and gave them my banking information and that..Well all along my wife was telling me that the whole thing sounded way to good to be true..Well it was a little late..They were only supposed to deduct $199 and they took out $219. I am irrate and I will never trust people on the phone again...I have tried calling the company since then and have had little if any luck getting a real person. When I have got a real person I get the complete run around and no one really answers. I know the money was deducted by automatic transfer and I want my money back..I will not ever give my personal information over the phone again no matter how good the offer sounds...

First Capital Telephone called and provided me with a good offer..A offer that my warned me was to good to be true. Numerous times since they have made the offer I have called them. But, am not ever fortunate to talk to anyone who seems to know anything or get no one at all. They gave me the number to get a hold of them with but no one when they do answer knows anything..My money has been deducted from my account already and to top it off we have to move by September..Not only did they take the money but they took another 20.00 too..I did not authorize that to happen..Maybe I was careless in believingthem but I have never been scammed before...I have had 5 different stories told to me by their representatives and I know now I will not ever see those credit cards..I feel really taken advantage of and I will never ever give my banking information over the phone again. I want my money back though..I will not deal with a company that has lied to me and that will not give me the time of day when I call..I will not deal with that...
