Was contacted by someone named Natashia, telling me I had been approved for credit card (Master Card) for a credit limit of $2,500, a free computer PLUS a host of discounts and coupons. Was told that someone would call me from their customer service.

Call received from Kevon Henry verifying my acceptance. I quized him as I would not completely satisfied when I asked questions of Natashia, and his answers seemed on the up and up. He told me my account would not be charged before March 18, 2002.

The very next day I called their customer service number that was supplied to me by Kevon, in an attempt to cancel this "deal", and was only able to leave a brief messege. To this day I have not had a return call from anyone there.

Upon getting my bank statement, they show: 1st Capital Cons-Telephone, in the amount of $ 219.00, on March 25, 2002. The only thing that was truthful was that they would not charge my account before 3/18/2002. I had attempted several times afterwards to call them, I could speak to no one nor leave a messege as their voice mailbox was full. Today (Aug. 20, 2002)

I tried to call them again and after phone ringing several times, finally a recording came on telling me all their representatives were busy and I could call back later or leave a brief messege. I did not leave a messege as I want to be able to call them and talk to a real, live person.

Needless to say, I received not but "hot air" promises from them. Definately, something should be done about such sleezy tactics. I certainly do want my money back as I'm sure everyone else taken by them does.
