Complaint Review: first capitol consumers

hello, we submitted our names for a refund and we pray to god everyday its going to come we are struggling so bad right now we need it i know it takes 7-14 days and i know ripoff report is doing what they can but im going crazy not knowing if our name was sent ok. my husband doubts we get our money i say we will has anyone received their refund since july 19th? thats when we were told our names were going to be submitted... our account hasnt been credited yet...it has only been 7 business days and 11 days total...we finally did receive our benefit package with the activation card that you are suppose to fill out and wait another 3 weeks for your credit card...but we dont want to send it in we just want our money back....i hope it comes. thank you christine akron, Ohio
