Well well I too it looks like got screwed over. I got a call on the 12 of July and was told that I had been approved for a credit limit of 2500.00 and that there was no APR rate and that there would be a fee of 99.00 dollars charged to the credit card as a annual fee.

There would also be a 29.95 activation fee that would need to come out of my checking account. I was weary but it sounded like a great deal. They told me that after I agreed that they would debit my account the following day. I was never informed that this was non refundable either.

Well today is the July 31st and I checked my bank account today and was told that there was 29.9 deducted and an additional 99.00 taken out for the same company. I got the # form my bank and called them a male answered asking for my SSN to access my account I then told him that I never agreed to anything coming out of my account. EXCEPT the 29.95.

I told him that all I wanted to do was cancel the card and have nothing because by this time it should have arrived too. Which I have not seen at all. He told me that he had a signed contract form me stating that I approved the charges.

I continued to ask the man to produce a signed document by me showing that I agreed. He said that he cannot produce one (go figure)!!!! I told him that I wanted this money refunded and he denied me and said sorry. He told me that I aggrees to have another fee taken out for an auto club thing. I NEVER DID!

In the end he diconnected. So that is all I know. I cannot believe that I waited to check into this. Not only am I missing money but I am destined to lose more. My bank also told me that there are other charges for CHECK BY PHONE that I know I did not authorize. I want my money back.
