Complaint Review: First Capitol Consumers

A woman named Jane called from First Capitor Consumers. I explained to them that I had been ripped off prior to this and they said that they were backed by Bank of America. Furthermore, they had a customer 100% money back guarantee. I told them that my credit was horrible. No bankruptcy, but awful credit, they said no problem whatsoever. They were to debit my bank account on July 8th for $197.00.

I would receive my guaranteed $2,500 charge card withing 10-14 days. At the latest July 20th. They gave me a member number of 7171. I called the customer service number and spoke with Kevin Anderson, who said that my card would be here immediately... needless to say, it never arrived. Another con. I can't believe that I fell for another one of these. Pacific First Benefit suckered me and then this one. BE CAREFUL.
