First Captial Consumers Group consumer rip-off fraud Ontario
I was called by on of the reps from first capital consumer group and was told that I was approved for a visa and a mastercard both with a 2000.00 limit and all I would have to pay is a lifetime membership fee of $199.00 and they would debit my checking acct for it.I gave them the acct info and then I saw the report on the web site.
