First Choice Tel dirty ripoff liars runaround for a credit card that doesn't seem to exist Nationwide

I was contacted by this company approximately 5 weeks ago. The name Worldwide Financial showed up on my Caller ID. I was promised a Visa credit card with a $2500 limit and 0% APR for 3 yrs for a one-time payment of $296.

I was given a customer Service # of 1-866-310-0695 and operator ID # 1000, I was tape recorded and sent over to a manager to confirm my agreement. I thought this was pretty legit. The money was withdrawn from my account on May 30th and when I got my bank statement it said it was withdrawn by First Choice Tel. I tried to contact the customer service dept at the 1st # I was given, a very casual recording came on and gave a new customer serv # of 1-877-572-6751. For 2 whole days, I tried constantly to call and got nothing but a busy signal.

Finally on the 3rd day, I spoke to a man who sounded as if he knew nothing about what I was talking about, but he did say the company was backed up and it could take anywhere from 2-5 wks for my package to arrive. I waited a couple more days and I tried to call again only this time every time I called I only got answering machine. I have had it with this company.
