First Choice took money from my account Nationwide

My daughter went to get money out of her checking acct. When the bank told her she had overdrawn by 260.50. She freaked. She is in the United States airforce and I take care of most of her bills and accts. She called me up and ask me to find out how this happened.

I called the bank right away. They said a company called First Choice had withdrawn money from her acct. So I called her back to find out if she had given this company permission to take $299.00 out of her acct.

She said she had never heard of this company and no she had not given anyone permission to take money out of her account. I called the bank back and we put a stop payment on this transaction. The bank gave me a phone number to call so I could find out how and why they would do this. The number was up in Canada. The Canada number gave me the 1-800-704-9552, I call and talked to a woman I could bearly understand. She asked me for my name , home phone # and the last 4 digist of my SSN. Then said they had my daughter on recording at this number for verification 1-888-646-8386 so I called that number. All it said was leave a message and we will get back to you.

I tried calling the person back I had talked to earlier and it put me on hold then all of a sudden a message came on saying that the mailbox was full and disconnected me. Hopefully they won't try robbing me again using a different company name. First one can't access my daughter's account again I blocked them from it.
