I ordered a replacement cartridge for my copy machine via the internet. My charge card was charged but I did not receive the cartridge. When I phoned to question them about my order, there was no answer so I left a message on the answering machine and then e-mailed them. I received a response to my e-mail that my order was misguided and should have shipped from the warehouse in Southern California. I waited another week and still no cartridge. I called several times and sent several more e-mails and have heard nothing and have not received the cartridge. My visa card has not been credited either. I've been ripped off. When you use a charge plate you can protect yourself

Since a charge plate was used and you did not receive the product and they did not credit your account, you do have a means to play fair and get your money back. Immediately WRITE a letter to your charge plate company, explain the situation and document what you can. The charge plate company must review, credit your account and debit the vendor unless the vendor can prove it made good on the charge. It's the law, use it!
