Complaint Review: First Class Whitening Glo

First Class Whitening Glo Charged my account when i won a free gift! They try to get you to pay half and keep the product you say no you want a full refund and do not quit saying that until they finally agree. Tell them of all the complaints even with the bbb and that you are going to file a report and please do. If you cant get anywhere with this company text me at swiatekkaren@yahoo.com and i will gladly do a three way calling to get all your money back!!! This is going on all over the internet and has to be stopped...... Henderson Nevada

 I was told that I want a free gift online that's all I had to do was pay shipping and handling I received the product there was another charge added to my account after that for $4 then to find out that it actually was a subscription that was the $4 charge at first I told them I did not order a subscription I received a free gift and they told me no it wasn't they said they had shipped a package out and charged my account $94 and some change I told them I didn't order if I receive a package I'm sending it back and I want my full refund back in my account they kept trying to say will give you half off and you keep

the product I kept fighting saying no no I didn't order it you had no right to charge my account without my permission so finally I got them down to $9.41 to cancel this product next thing you know my account is charged $94.31 I call them up again and tell them it was cancelled they said no it wasn't and they tried to give me half off 75% off whatever I told them no if I have a product coming to me I'm sending it back they gave me an address to send it back to where I would have to pay

shipping and handling I said no once the package comes in I am writing Return to sender on it and shipping it right back to them also on it I did not order finally they say they are going to refund my $94.31 just after I told them that I've seen all the complaints online with the Better Business Bureau and many many more and that I was also filing a complaint the last thing she said was to write a cancellation number on the box as I wrote Return to Sender and it is going to take up to 5 days to get my money back in my account you do not take anything from them you tell them you want a manager you want a supervisor you keep telling them no I did not order you will get a full refund
