I ordered the "free" trial online for First Class Whitening on February 1st 2016. I received the product on February 5th, 2016. I went online to cancel my "membership" on February 7th, 2016. I then checked my account and found they already charged my account $94.31 for the monthly recurring membership. I called my bank and since the charge was still pending there was nothing they could do. I called First Class and talked to the CSR. At first she would only confirm that I cancelled. Once I demanded my money back she put me on hold for a minute. She came back and offered a 35% refund. I refused. She put me on hold again and offered a 60% refund. I refused.

Once again, she put me on hold and came back with a 75% refund. I demanded the full $94.31 back. She told me to look at the terms and conditions. I replied that I was within the "8 day trial" and they charged my card early. She put me on hold again and finally said that if I returned the product I would get a refund once they received it. I asked how I would know that they ever received it and she stated that they would send me a confirmation email. This is a common technique semi-legit companies use to wear you down and make you give up.

I called my bank and said my card had been compromised and had it frozen. I still have the sample products in the original packages since I have not used them yet. i did receive an email from First Class with a RMA number on it to return the product but the shipping costs are my responsibility. It also stated that they had to receive it by February 23rd in order to get the refund and if the product was open I would have to pay a $19.60 repackaging fee. Since this sample came with another product called Action Pro White, I immediately went to their website and cancelled as well. They gave me the option of keeping the "free trial" at a cost of $35.00 or sending it back as well. Again it has to be returned by the 23rd of February or I get charged.
