First Comsumers National Bank Railure To Render Services Paid For ripoff victimized many consumers Beaverton Oregon
In january of this year, fcnb charged its customers the usual annual fees for their credit accounts. 2 months later, it sent a letter to all of those individuals stating that their credit division would be closed as of march 7, 2003. has anyone else noticed?
i was charged an annual fee of $20 for credit services from 1/03 until 12/03. 2 months later, i received a letter stating that the credit division would be closing, blah, blah, blah. i sent a letter disputing the charge, and in return, i was sent a generic letter about all of their accounts being closed, more blah, blah, blah. not even a mention of an annual fee!
now, do you really mean to tell me that in january they had NO IDEA that they were going to be closing the credit services 2 months later?!?! that they conveniently posted this charge 60 days (the maximum time you have to dispute a charge) before they sent the accounts closing letters?
i suspect that fcnb assumed that with all of the other problems that these people were going to have, they'd never even notice. WRONG!! i noticed, as i'm sure others have. not only did they rip me off, by ignoring my letter, they have succeeded in pissing me off. and i am one unforgiving persistant b***h with 3 little words for you-CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!!!
