First Consumer National Bank ripoff fraud Portland Oregon
I have been trying to get all my credit cards paid off. Unwittingly, I sent 2 payments which crossed in the mail. So far I have received 2 notices informing me I have overpaid $1000.00 but I can't get them to send me my money back.
Being the jerks that they are, there is no phone number to call to expedite this matter. Guess my next step is an attorney.

FCNB went out of business earlier this year and accounts are being handled at a different location.
The "customer service" number is 1-800-876-3262. There are a number of recorded messages which you may find helpful.
For billing/payment disputes, you need to do so in writing at the following new address:
FNCB
PO Box 922788
Norcross, GA 30010-2788
Include acct#, date & amount of disputed transaction, and your daytime phone number.
I would recommend that you send your correspondence via Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested.
Good luck,
