I was on vacation, all of a sudden my credit card was no good. Fortunately I had another card (a good bank). When I returned home there was an e=mail message, my account had been closed because the FDIC had forced them into bankruptcy. I had deposited $1250.00 to open this card, due to my credit having a few blemishes. No one could tell me where my deposit was, and then I received a letter notifying me my account had been closed due to non payment.

I made 13 documented calls, sent letters, but received nothing but one collection agency attmepting to collect, and they had no history.

This is still on my credit file as a charge off. Oh , by the way, I never missed a payment in three years. I'm sure there are other stories about these idiots. I'll wish you all well.
