My last billing date was 2-26-2003. When I called for a statement, I could never get anyone personally. After countless letters and inquiries, I was given the Old Bethpage address and they sent me a statement with a closing date of 7-28-2003. I continued to send my payments in, but they discontinued sending me statements.

I do not know what is being applied to the principal nor what interest is charged with each payment. Each time I call for a balance, it seems as though it has not lessened as much as it should be. It is inconceivable to me there are as many complaints against this bank and nothing seems to have been done for the consumers. As of today, January 26, 2004 I still have not received a statement of my account.
