I had this credit card for 1 yr.,and pd. bal. every mth.,i called to see if i could get NEW yrly fee waived,& a rude lady said not 4 people with your credit,

i was mad, said to cancell card, then i ask to speak to supervisor, i did & he said he would take to credit dept.& 4 me to call back in a few days,

i told him if it couldnt be waived i want card,trying to build my credit,he said no problem,

i called & they said no waive,& the only way i could get card was to cancell my Spiegels,i couldnt have 2 accts. with them,i thought strange but did, and long story short they wouldnt renew my card,but they chg. me 29.00 for the fee and wouldnt refund me my money, and if i had a problem, take them to court,icouldnt believe this..they said my credit was bad,

i told them i had my credit report, & they had already approved me, that is why i was chg. the 29.00, please help me, everyone said i should report this company.....thanks
