This garbage company charged me excessive overlimit fees for accounts paid on time; they falsely reported my account as late to the credit bureau despite being paid on time, and even sending me a check for an overpayment on an account I had paid on time. The phone personnel was rude, arrogant and unresponsive.

The worst credit card company I have ever dealt with, and the fact that the FDIC shut them down and subsequently led to their bankruptcy is testament to the ineptitude and incompetence demonstrated by FCNB. I am mulling a class action lawsuit against them and the credit bureaus; please forward your info and horror stories regarding this putrid, fecal company
