First Consumers National Bank Mailing Fraudulent Bills(committing Multiple Crimes ripoff, fraudulent billing dead beat only cares about himself Dad Beaverton Oregon .....

i paid off the balance of my fcnb-eddie bauer charge card in april. today(5-29-03) i received an invoice indicating that my account had been charged a $35.00 late fee.

this is interesting because i paid off the balnce in full. so i was charged a late fee on a $0.00 balance. also interesting, is that this late fee was charged to my account the day after the closing of the billing cycle - apparently i was given a 1/2 day grace period.

conveniently, for fcnb, the only way to contact them is by mail. i find this indicative of an intent, on the part of fcnb, to defraud me(as it would seem they are doing to many others).

i intend to send them a notarized letter indicating that iam sending a detailed account of their actions to the state of wi secretary of financial institutions and that any pursuit on the part of fcnb to collect this "late fee" will be met with legal action. i STRONGLY suggest that anyone experiencing similar circumstances do the same!
