First Consumers National Bank charges a high interest rate of around 21% to begin with. Then, no matter how early you send your payments in, they post them the day after its due, so they can tack on a $35 dollar late fee. Next, they send you the following bill with a "minimum due" amount that IF you only pay that minimum amount, will incur you further over the limit charges by the time they tack on your next interest rate charge amount and unavoidable late fees. This company is a huge "conartist breading ground" full of lifeless "wannabees" making a quick buck off innocent hard working Americans. I think Bush should list them as #3 right under Saddam Hussein and Osama Binladen. Financial Terrorism as its best. Probably funding those terrorist organizations with the MILLIONS they are milking from us around the nation monthly. Someone point me towards the class action lawsuit sign up line. Not to mention our military servicemembers who fall under the Federal Soldiers Sailors Relief Act. This federal act signed by Congress and the President sets a limit of 6% interest on any type of credit card or loan a military member has if called to active duty. I am currently deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. All my interest rates had to be set to 6% or less by Fedreral Law. Take a wild guess which creditor has not done this and refuses to.....FIRST CONSUMERS N.B.....terrorism supporters.
