I have read the other articles and it's good to see that I am not alone. FCNB reported that I was 30 days late in May of 2002 and 60 days late in June 2002. The problem is I disputed this and provided them with their own confirmation of payment to them.

I recieved a letter from them after providing proof of the payment, etc that stated we checked our records and it stands as such. I have provided the same information with the credit bureaus to no prevail. After numerous calls to FCNB they did not take interest to my claim and they did not notify the credit bureaus of my dispute. I continued to not pay FCNB until I recieved a anwser from my certified written disputes.

For those of you that have negative opinions about their customer service, I can vouch for that and I have also been a victim of multiple duplicate fees in one given month. Feel free to contact me by pressing the rebuttal button if you'd like me to join a class action suit.
