This company changed its service address from beaverton, or to bethpage ny. when you call all you get is the automated system. Worse, they replaced their old 800 number with a local 516 number which is a TOLL CALL that you have to PAY for, just to get information on your account.

I called last night when it was over 10 days and my check had not cleared. My last bill still had the beaverton or address on it and that is where I had sent my payment. They did not even alert us in our statement, that they were changing the payment address! So they end up forwarding my payment to the new address--and since it has not gotten there yet they hit me with a $35 LATE FEE!

Well, you best believe I called and pitched a b***h. Some woman named Katrina assured me that my late fee would be reversed but I am watching them like a hawk. Also, they have no right to charge me a$35 late fee in any case, since I had closed my account before the new fees went into effect and the old late fee was $29 (high enough, don't you think???)

The only way you can get a human on the phone at the 516 number is to press the button on your phone that says you want to make a phone payment. Then someone will come on the line. All the other choices, you just get a machine. At least I got this girl to acknowledge that they were forwarding the paymetns to a different address without having alerted their cusomters! What chutzpah!
