I HAVE ALWAYS PAID MY ACCOUNT IN FULL ON THE 28TH OF EVERY MONTH, WHICH WAS WHEN IT WAS DUE.

WHEN WE WERE NOTIFIED IN APRIL THAT THEY WERE DISCONTINUING OUR EDDIE BAUER CARD, I PAID THE ACCOUNT OFF WELL BEFORE THE 28TH OF THE MONTH.

I JUST RECEIVED A BILL FOR A LATE CHARGE AS OF THE 17TH OF APRIL. HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH JUST CHANGING A DUE DATE AFTER THE FACT.

I AM PAYING THE CHARGE TO PROTECT MY CREDIT BUT IF ANYONE IS FILING A CLASS ACTION SUIT, I WOULD LIKE TO BE PART OF IT.
