The First Consumers National Bank turned my account over to a collection agency for non-payment. The collection company NCO was collecting $100.oo per month from me and the money was to be posted to my Spiegel account. This process continued for eight months.
One day I asked for an account balance only to discover that the account balance never changed, and my balance was not reducing after $800.00 worth of payments. It was the same balance that was given to me eight months ago.
I told NCO that I would not make any future payments to them until my balance showed the payments that were made to them in behalf of FCNB.
