I ALSO AM A VICTIM OF THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. I HAVE HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH FCNB FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS NOW. UNTIL ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO I HAD HAD NO PROBLEMS. NO I AM BEING CHARGED OVER THE LIMIT FEES AND LATE CHARGES EVERY MONTH.

I HAVE NOT USED THIS CARD IN SEVERAL MONTHS AND HAVE ALWAYS MADE MY PAYMENTS EARLY AND FOR MORE THAN THE MINIMUM PAYMENTS. THEY CHARGE ME A LATE FEE MONTHLY EVEN THOUGH MY BALANCE IS WELL UNDER MY LIMIT. OF COURSE THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE.

I ALSO WANT TO BE INVOLVED IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT THAT MAY ARISE. IN THE MEAN TIME I GUESS WE'LL ALL HAVE TO KEEP PAYING UNLESS WE WANT TO BE PENALIZED.
