In late 1998, I paid a $250.00 security deposit for a $500.00 credit card limit. From that time, my payment wasn't late but a couple of times.

They've since increased my limit to $1500.
In 2003, they sent me a statement saying they closed the company. I continued to make my payments until I got the balance down to the $250.00 I paid for deposit.
A couple of months ago THEY sent me a balance statement saying I owed $285.00. Again I tried to call them on their Customer Service line, NO answer, only a recorded message.

I have sent a letter to the Norcross, GA and to Omaha, NE address. They say in 2003 they credited my account the $250. My account would have been paid in full by then if it weren't for the $35 late fees, which by the way, they never deducted the $250.
As of today, I owe a balance of $333.34.
