Hey you guys. I sympathize with all of you. I paid my balance before they axed everyone UNILATERALLY without so much as an explanation let alone a simple sorry. I had zero balance. Then all of a sudden in MAY (FCNB axed everyone in March), my charges magically reappeared and now I have several hundred dollars in balance. I read thru all of the many 4 page complaints yall had and a lot of them sound similar to me.

But you all are pretty much dorks. Why? Because you are passive as heck. You merely cry and not act on things. I hereby declare a war. Let's punish this company. What do you say?

I heard of many key words like "Class action lawsuit", SEC (Securities Exchange Commission), State attorney General.
Let me throw some of my thoughts: Mastercard/Visa franchise headquarters, Portland Attorney General, FBI, Some fraud division of US Crime department.

C'mon... let's pull our resources together. There's strength and viability in numbers.

Okay?

Let's do it. Someone who knows the law please suggest a path to fight this war. We should all help/support such information as to get the s****.> Mike

Mike you want "The Great Thorn" to help you go after this Rip Off company ?

#2Consumer Suggestion

Wed, May 28, 2003

First we need to keep in mind that these companies that like to hide behind a web site that gives you no phone numers to call to clear up any trouble you may have with them.

Most like to hide behind a web site becuase they know most consumers that have a complaint will soon give up if the deceptive company makes it hard for you to contact them.

So we ALL as a TEAM will help expose this RIP OFF company in a very big way.

Fire up your printer and print off a "Printer Friendly Version" of this Rip Off Report.

It would be VERY COOL if every one who reads this would fax a VERY CLEAR copy to all and I MEAN ALL of the following fax numbers only if you want to MAKE WAVES!
