First Consumers National Bank Unable to Contact With Two Given Numbers to Stop the Late Fees From Not Cashing My Payment All they have been doing is sending me back and forth between them and Alliance One. Portland Oregon

I have been dealing with FCNB for two years now and all they have been doing is sending me back and forth between them and Alliance One. I have sent them several checks in the last six months that have either never been cashed or were cashed after the late fee has been added. d**n them, d**n them all to hell. Let's take action and get some of our money back.

ps. They have declared bancruptcy so they may be protected under any past wrong doings but mine is a recent event. So, if anyone is in my boots contact me, I can contact Tim Hutchinson, former US Senator(r) from Arkansas who is practicing law here in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
