First Convenience Bank This bank charged me two overdraft charges for the same transsaction El Paso Texas
First convenience bank charged me 33.00 twice for the same transaction.
I made a purcharse at Dollar General store. this bank put the transaction on hold because because the store did not get the money at that time but the bank diducted any way from my available balance. The bank put my balance in negative .11 cents and I was charged the 33.00 dollars. I went to the bank to bank to fight it and they gave me credit for this charged. furthermore, the next day they charged me again 33.00 because they said that it finally cleared up so I was short again .11 cents. I will change to another bank right away. I dont like the way they handle the internet banking, you can not count on your available balance when you check your balance with them.

How is it being charged twice? You mean to tell me you didn't have 11 cents to deposit to cover your OVERDRAWN account even after you knew it would be 11 cents under when it cleared? You didn't get ripped off.
