The phone number 1-866-505-8249 keeps calling me to demand money. They got my phone number from the internet. Since they do not have my name or social security number, they say that they will keep calling me daily until I pay some money (they laugh). They say I have no legal recourse. This is a billing scheme. They call me at all hours. They answer with the name "First Credit of America".
