The company representative (who I filed a complaint against and no longer works there) lied to me about the terms of agreement and misrepresented the "contract"- a button I clicked on the internet to activate my account. The monthly fees were slightly higher than he had quoted; about and extra $10 per month. I regretfully, did not immediatly call to complain though upon reviewing my notes and email quote I was clearly being charged more.

The real shocker was when I called to cancel their services and they told me I was locked into a three year contract. I had been told by the representative Matthew Wilkos, that there was not a cancelation fee if I ever canceled. Before deciding to use thier services, I had made three separate calls to Mr. Wilkos and asked every question I could about their services as I was comparing companies and wanted to chose the right one to fit our needs. Never was it mentioned that there was a "three year contract". I was led to believe that it was on a month to month basis and that I could cancel at any time.

I was directed to a website and told to do a few things to complete my activation. Nowhere was I shown a "terms of agreement" or anything stating that I was locking in for three years!

The company tried to collect $1,140.00 by direct withdrawl from our bank account for a "termination of contract" fee. I stopped payment and sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Thier reply was that I "signed" a three year contract with Cardservice International. When I had the company fax the "contract" it was the first time I had ever seen it. It was "signed" with my ip address of my computer though I have not seen this so called contract during my activation. I have been scammed by this company and do not feel I owe them a dime!
