I thought I had a very nice honest sales person helping me out to improve my cash flow and reduce cost with my credit card processing.

No not at all.  Many times the fund will be deposited much later than the promised two business days.   Additionally, credit card charges made on different days were grouped together so it was very difficult to compare what we charged and what was deposited to our bank account.  All kinds of fees and charges not explained / disclosed by the sales person were included on our statements.

I suffered through the contract period and terminated the First Data Merchant Service and thought they were out of my hair.  But NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The equipment lease contract was for three years with First Data Global Leasing while card processing service contract with First Data Merchant Services was for two years.
I ended up paying monthly for the equipment over a remaining lease terms plus property tax for the equipment that I was not using.  Very deceptive, but it was my fault not reading the fine prints.

Next time any nice sales person comes to you and tells you that First Data will remove your headaches, just show him/her the door.

I am currently using Exxxxn  ((( REDACTED))) which was advertised / sponsored via Costco.  I think Costco did the due diligence for its merchant customers.  I get my funds in two business days.  All the fees are very clear.  No fuzzy confusing items on the statements.  And I bought the equipment not leased.
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
