Complaint Review: First Data Mark Wood Hell

Mr. Wood refuses to get his boss on the line and constantly is talking about his 8 year old son, there is somthing really mentally wrong with this man I have a few charbacks I would like to of had reviewed by his boss but he constantly refuses its sad to know that I have been emailing your company regarding this issue for over a week and no one will help I have no other choice but to continue to exercise my right to express how I feel on the internet. if there are any attorneys or anyone who knows how to deal with these types of people please let me know. Thank You

The risk department is playing god and are not making fair and accurate decisions in my account I have tried to work with them in every way.

Originally I was running 4 online stores and risk saw that as a high risk merchant account and froze all 4 I calls closed 2 and then got one store to keep processing after speaking with Mr. Wood then after a few months I started to receive Chargebacks for Bluetooth Imports when I called First Data Chargeback to see whats going on they would not assist me because my account is in Risk Management after trying for 14 days I finally get Mr. Wood On The line which is the Director - Risk Management at First Data Corp and he start to yell saying Im harassing the chargeback team and that he will call the police to file harassment and get me, after stating that we started to go back and forth afraid that a police file would be filed against him he reasons and played on the phone saying don't worry we will talk tomorrow, the next next I called to find out all my accounts have been closed and he has also noted that NO ONE CAN SPEAK TO ME BUT HIM, when I ask for his supervisor Mr. Ed Peppe he refuses and hangs up and sends me to the legal when I call Chargebacks they send me back to him. Mr. Mark Wood Director - Risk Management at First Data Corp has serious mental issues and is effecting me and my business. He also also made verbal threats towards the security of myself and my family.

I would like his boss Mr. Ed Peppe to come on the line and to review everything that has been said and done the reason I am receiving chargebacks for Bluetooth Imports is because my Credits are being reversed since I am in Risk and they can seem to understand, That I have spoke to many people and no one seems to help I have added the names of who I have spoke to underneath, I hope someone is honest fair and can help me get my account far away from Mr. Mark Wood Director - Risk Management at First
