First Data Merchant Services Also Paymentech what a rip off illegally going into checking account and more Hagerstown Maryland
paymentech or otherwise known as first data merchant services, constantly went into our checking acct when we didnt have an account with them, also didn't disclose important information regarding the account. we had to call 5 times to remind them the account was closed, they are now harassing us with a collection agency claiming we owe them money. including return fees when we didn't have an account. everyone stay awau from these con artists.

. . . be sure you read the fine print to see if it says that you "agree that the fees assessed to your account would be automatically withdrawn via ACH", similar to the way your deposits would be funded. By signing the application, you gave them authorization go go into your bank account.
