Stay away from any of Shawn's Security Companies, one camera broke within the first few month and after that one after the other broke. They did 12 cameras in my house with a DVR. Although I paid more then $7k for the system, I basically had to pay each time $300 for each time he camera to to my house to troubleshoot or replace a camera. Although I purchased an expensive 3 year warranty, but he refused to honor it, because he said my electrical is faulty.
This is obviously a BS excuse; because everything else works in my house. I purchased an expensive 3 year warranty, but he refused to honor it. The owner "Shawn" did the install and repairs, this is a small unprofessional company.
Be careful to review the company and all the terms before doing any Cameras instillation. By now my entire system is broken, and I use all "Wyze" cams.
Again stay away from this dishonest company, and don't waste your money.
