First Electronic Bank FRY'S HAS NO IDEA THAT FIRST ELECTRONIC BANK IS LOOSING ITS CUSTOMERS Los Angeles Nationwide

I am a loyal Fry's Customer and disappointed in Fry's choice for Credit Card company known as First Electronic Bank, Located in Utah.  The company employes less than professional staff and their communication skills need work.

According to their website I owed 345.12 and I paid the total amount before the due date.  I verified the account and saw that I owed 10.00 plus daily interest.  When I brought it to the attention of the employee of First Electronic Bank, he refused to listen, interrupted me and alluded that I was trying to get him to waive or reverse charges.  It was a bit insulting and I felt kinda bad for Fry's becuse they have no Idea that their choice for Credit Card services are not a reflection of Frys Store.  

I will never shop at Fry's again.  First Electronic Bank is not a reputable comapny to deal with.  If you are doing due dillegence on First Electronic Bank, please read all Ripp Off reports, and based on my experience, do not use First Electronic Bank.
