I have been trying for several days to get authorization to have my car repaired. Every time I call the company I am told the same thing. "The authorization is being expidited." After reading what others have written here, this is a canned response they give to everyone. In reality I feel that nothing is being accomplished. It is in reality a waiting game in which they hope the consumer will repair their car at their own expense and then refuse reimbursment.

This also seems to be tied somehow to Ford Credit (my car is a Volkswagon financed through FMC). Not only am I paying for the car (plus interest) but also the extended warranty PLUS INTEREST. What kind of rip off is this anyway?

My suggestion to those who are looking for an extended warranty on their automobiles, don't get one from these jerk waters.

Bottom line: I'm filling out a consumer fraud form to the A.G. office now. There should be a healthy Class Action suit against these felons.
