Like all the other claims, First Extended has refused my extended warranty claim for expensive engine repairs "due to poor maintaince" even though the records of maintain where provided and adquate. First Extnded's response was that it was still improper maintain. With no futher explaination. The staff is rude and condesending, and must be trained from the begining to fight.

I filled a claim with the better business in Dallas, the BBB provided a copy of the report from Magoo's Automotive Consults Inc. The report stated that the pick up screen is clean. But in the portion of the report for the CAUSE OF FAILURE _ States exactly " Suspect carbon like deposits sucked into pickup and causing low oil circulation and crank and bearing damage.

I am not asking for much. Just to have my vechile repaired to working condition under the extended warranty that I paid for. I had no idea that extend warranty - mean rip off. I will not go drown without a fight. I will write letters, fax and make phone calls until I die or the Jeep is repaired.
