I PURCHASED A NEW VEHICLE IN NOVEMBER 2003, AT WHICH TIME I PURCHASED AN EXTENDED CONTRACT $1322.00. I HAVE RECENTLY SOLD THAT VEHICLE WHICH WAS STILL COVERED UNDER THE FORD MFG WARRANTY. I HAVE CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP TO REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, SINCE IT HAS NEVER WENT INTO EFFECT. THEY ARE TRYING TO GIVE ME HALF OF WHAT I PAID FOR THE POLICY. I HAVE READ THEIR AGREEMENT AND NO WHERE IN THE CONTRACT DOES IT STATE THAT IT WILL BE PRORATED.

WHO CAN I CONTACT OR WHERE CAN I GO TO GET MY FULL REFUND?

ANY HELP YOU CAN PROVIDE WOULD BE HELPFUL.

on the back of your contract under cancelations it explains the cancelation and how they figure it and clearly explains that the refund is prorated
